The system uses air and ground friction lines, mainly used for: P11/P12, B13 white body skeleton transport, referred to as transfer line, P11/P12/B13/H13/S22/A18 white body vehicle welding to painting The delivery and storage of the pieces, referred to as the storage line. The friction line can meet the simultaneous collinear production and transportation of the first six models.

The conveying speed is 20m/min, and the accumulation distance is 5.6m. The friction driving wheel controlled by the inverter is driven by a geared motor with a brake. When the friction wheel is transported between the transitional transport or equipment with different speeds, its speed is 0-20m/min, and the frequency control is adopted.

The transfer line can meet the requirements of storing at least 5 body frames in P11, 3 and B13 lanes, and the storage line storage area can satisfy the storage of 90-110 white body vehicles.

Both the transfer line and the storage line need to have an empty trolley maintenance area, and there is a trolley inspection equipment in the maintenance area, which can meet the inspection and maintenance of the trolley for the later stage.

Transfer lift: The transfer lift is mainly used for the turning of the body-in-white.
